Veterans Day is a day of remembrance that is traditionally celebrated in the United States on November 11, Armistice Day in World War I, and commemorates war veterans. On the occasion of this year's Veterans Day, Luminox is now presenting an additional Navy SEAL Foundation model as a special edition.
The Navy SEAL Foundation was established in 2000 to support SEAL veterans and their families. Luminox is proud to be their official partner. The Navy SEAL Foundation focuses on five pillars: Strength, Resilience, Health, Education and Community.
It supports veterans in their transition from military service to civilian life and provides prospects while also providing care and community to families.
The 3600 series, a favorite of Luminox brand fans, is now being expanded with a new model from the Navy SEAL Foundation in honor of Veteran's Day. Luminox's association with the Navy SEALs can be traced back to 1992 when Nick North, then the Navy's Deputy Research, Development, Test and Evaluation Officer
SEALs tasked with finding a more reliable and dependable clock for SEAL night missions. North worked with Luminox to create a watch that also met the elite military unit's stringent specifications. Over the past 30 years, the partnership with the Navy SEALs has not only solidified but also evolved into the Navy SEAL Foundation, an organization dedicated to providing critical support to warriors, veterans and families of Naval Special Warfare.
In the spirit of the 30+ year relationship between Luminox and the Navy SEALs, a special edition 3600 Series honoring the Navy SEAL Foundation now arrives.
