Order confirmation

The goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified in your order. Delivery generally takes place up to 5 working days of the order date, unless expressly agreed otherwise at the time of placing the order.

Payments made with credit cards, debit cards, or PayPal may be delayed due to delayed authorization (or declined). In such exceptional cases, the goods will be shipped immediately after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number so you can check the status. This may take up to 48 hours. Please check your spam folder if possible.

If you have not received your order within 5 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us using our form .

Change / cancellation of the order

Due to the short time between order processing and shipping, we are unfortunately unable to cancel or change order details after the order has been placed.

Shipping costs

Germany/Austria: Delivery is free for orders over €50. If the order value is less than 50 €, a shipping fee of 9.50 € will be charged.

Other European countries: Delivery is free for orders over €250. If the order value is less than €250, a flat-rate shipping fee of €15 will be charged.

Greece, Malta Cyprus: Delivery is free for orders over €600. If the order value is less than €600, a flat-rate shipping fee of €19.99 will be charged.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We hope your shopping experience at Luminox was satisfactory. However, we understand that you may wish to return one of the products you purchased from us.

You can return products ordered from us up to 14 days after receiving the goods. Your return must be registered in our returns portal. After successful registration, you will receive the address and reference number for your return. 

The customer bears the costs and burden of proof of returning the goods. We ask that you keep the tracking number pending until the return is fully processed.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and whose production is based on an individual selection or determination by the consumer or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
